Playbooks

After 9 seasons I am getting serious I guess. Who expects less? Do you all do playbooks? I do not and always figured I would do more harm than good but I've watched my favorite Bills age and win nothing so I am willing to try something new.

Do you all do playbooks and if so any tips?
