Yankees looking to deal

Until I see the final ruleset I am not certain how to value players. So, I am in no major rush to trade at the moment but I do have some serious deficiencies and some areas where I have extra bodies. I am not totally against a blockbuster deal but I am also not seeking one. I need capable, not superstar.

I am open to offers on others but there are a few players I will not trade or entertain offers on:
Bernie Williams
Don Mattingly

One will be my franchise tag. One will always be resigned. Both will retire Yankees.

Willing to discuss anyone else.

What I need:
A closer in the worst way
Middle Relief
Starting Pitchers
Third Baseman

I am near the league worst in all of those categories. I do have the worst closer in my opinion. So once again I am not looking for a superstar swap. An average player at these positions would be fine with me currently.

I don't have a ton left to trade but I do need a second baseman if anyone has one that is old and they aren't going to re-sign. I'll deal a prospect for a rental. My 2B is hurt for the season.
