At 3-5 and coming off a win against Miami I was unsure what to do so I decided to stand pat for the time being. Now at 3-7 it is obvious, I need to be dealing. Looking for youth and picks.

Ken O'Brien - QB - 73 overall
Mark Gastineu - DE - 68 overall
Marty Lyons - DE - 65 overall
Wesley Walker - WR - 56 overall

No world beaters here. McNeill and O'Brien would likely thrive on a good team.
