Convince me to rebuild (Patriots)

I am saying everyone on my team is available for the right package of prospects or picks. I feel like they are probably not going to compete for the playoffs again and I didn't have a great offseason missing on everyone I went for.

However I am not committed to tearing down either. So make me rebuild. Offer me your best shot and if I like it, I'll rebuild.
