The Florida Marlins took Livan Hernandez's best shot and still were able to collect a win at Pro Player Stadium. The final score had Florida getting past the Giants, 3-2, in 10 innings. The Marlins got a clutch hit from shortstop Bill Spiers. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Marlins.
