1B Thomas, New York Reach Accord Monday, December 27th , 2004 Even though they see him as a greedy tongue-wagger, New York fans were nonetheless relieved that Frank Thomas inked a deal with the organization today. There's no disputing his talent and there's no doubt that he's worth a pretty penny, although maybe not the $15,000,000 offered to him. In 2361 career games Thomas has batted .323 with 2766 hits with 509 doubles, 54 triples and 525 home runs. He has also collected 1822 RBIs and scored 1761 runs. |
