Breaking EL News: Pre-Season Begins

The Eastern League preseason begins today with the release of the 2002 schedule. Teams will be headed out for spring training shortly and will have to determine the makeup of their regular season rosters before Opening Day.
Please don't forget to set your scouting budget and player development budget during the pre-season!
